These terms and conditions govern the provision of electrical services by Essex Vehicle Charging Ltd. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.


Our Services


We provide professional electrical services including but not limited to:

  • Domestic electrical installations and repairs
  • Commercial electrical work
  • EV charger installations
  • PV and Battery installations
  • Electrical testing and certification
  • Consumer unit upgrades


Quality Standards


We pride ourselves on the way we do business. Our teams are highly experienced in domestic and commercial electrical work, and every job we carry out is always completed to the highest standards. We are Napit approved contractors and all work is carried out in accordance with current regulations.


Our Approach


We don't believe in starting a job by telling you what you need. Instead, we listen to our customers – each job and each home or business premises is different, and every client has specific needs or desired outcomes.

Throughout the work we carry out, we'll explain what we will be doing and why, so there aren't any surprises for you. When we come into your house or commercial space, we will aim always to be polite, punctual and respectful.


Safety


Safety is always our top priority, for you and our team. All work is carried out in accordance with current health and safety regulations and British Standards.


Quotations and Pricing


All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices include VAT where applicable. Additional work not covered in the original quotation will be charged separately and agreed with you beforehand.


Payment Terms


Payment terms will be agreed at the time of quotation. We accept various payment methods and will provide invoices for all work completed.


Warranties


Unless otherwise specified we provide 12 months warranties on our workmanship or 36 month warranties if the work is part of an OZEV grant. Manufacturer warranties apply to all equipment and materials supplied. In the event of manufacturers not honouring their warranties, we accept no liability for costs or any consequential loss incurred by the customer.


Liability


We maintain appropriate public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the terms of our insurance coverage and applicable law.
